In Gaza, we found an elderly care center where many residents have no family to look after them. Some have lost loved ones, while others were placed there because their families can no longer care for them due to the ongoing war.
With little to no funding, even basic necessities are hard to provide.
This Ramadan, we organized a small initiative to deliver meals and essential items to these elderly individuals. It was a simple effort, but it brought comfort, smiles, and a reminder that they are not forgotten.
Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness mean the most.
