In Gaza, we found an elderly care center where many residents have no family to look after them. Some have lost loved ones, while others were placed there because their families can no longer care for them due to the ongoing war. With little to no funding, even basic necessities are hard to provide. This Ramadan, we organized a small initiative to deliver meals and essential items to these elderly individuals. It was a simple effort, but it brought comfort, smiles, and a reminder that they are not forgotten. Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness mean the most.

Given the difficult circumstances faced by women in the Gaza Strip, especially those living in tents, and at their request, a women’s hygiene kit was distributed to 10 women in dire need. Each kit, valued at 50 shekels, contained: a complete women’s abaya, sanitary pads, antiseptic soap, and musk oil for purification.
